Question 1

What exactly is DAVI™?

Accepted Answer

Our measurement tool. Every month DAVI™ scores your destination's AI Visibility from 0 to 100, beside two companion measures: AI Perception, which is what AI assistants say about your destination when a visitor asks, and your Website Score, which is whether they can read and cite your web presence.

Question 2

Why one number instead of a full set of metrics?

Accepted Answer

Because a board has two hours and a dozen agenda items, and one number moving in one direction is what gets AI onto that agenda. Your team works the detail underneath, and your board reads the number.

Question 3

How is the score calculated?

Accepted Answer

AI Visibility brings together what AI assistants say when a visitor asks and how ready your destination's web presence is for them to read. We read it every month across the AI assistants visitors plan with, and every figure traces back to the real answers. We walk you through the full method in your demo.

Question 4

Which AI assistants do you measure?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Google AI Overviews, every month.

Question 5

Do you write the content for us?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide content direction inside the platform: what to write about, the angles, working titles, and the themes AI assistants do not associate with you. Your team writes and publishes it, so the voice stays yours. When a project genuinely needs producing, creative and production work is scoped and quoted separately through our Knightstorm Productions partnership.

Question 6

Do I have to subscribe to the platform to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. Strategic counsel, capability building, and fractional counsel are sold on their own. Some destinations start with counsel and decide later what they want measured.

Question 7

Do you work through agencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Agencies can sign a Master Agency Agreement and present DAVI co-branded to their destination clients, with the agency portal included. There are no white labels and no discounting. Agencies not ready for a volume commitment work with us as referral partners.

Question 8

How often is the score updated?

Accepted Answer

Monthly. You get a fresh AI Visibility reading, a board-ready executive summary, and a prioritized set of moves for your team and your partners.

Question 9

Can I see the raw answers behind the score?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every figure traces back to the real answers, word for word, and every client sees how the number is built, line by line.

Question 10

How do partners fit in?

Accepted Answer

When AI describes your destination, it names your hotels, attractions, restaurants, retail, and events. You choose which partners join. Up to 100 are scored under your platform fee, each with a quarterly scorecard, a monthly presence check, and their priorities, at no cost to them. Partners who want one-on-one counsel can join the optional Partner AI Activation Co-Op, a three-month program the DMO and the partner typically fund together.

Question 11

Do you work with our brand pillars?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it's where most of the value sits. We show whether AI associates your destination with each of your pillars. A pillar you claim but the answers never carry is the clearest content brief you'll get all year.

Question 12

Do you cover themes and content direction?

Accepted Answer

Every month. What your category is talking about, the themes your destination is absent from, and a brief per theme with angles, working titles, and seasonal timing. Your team writes and publishes, so the voice stays yours.

Question 13

What about YouTube, TikTok, and backlinks?

Accepted Answer

All three are covered. You see whether your destination shows up in the videos visitors watch and which creators own the subject, plus the sources AI cites when it describes you.

Question 14

Isn't AI visibility a crowded term by now?

Accepted Answer

It is a busy term. We call this AI discovery for destinations, because the work is destination work: brand pillars, seasonal themes, feeder markets, a partner ecosystem, and reporting a tourism board will accept. In plain terms, we show you what AI tells visitors about your destination and help your team make it better.

Question 15

How long until we see movement?

Accepted Answer

Website Score changes typically register within the first monthly reading. AI Perception takes longer because it depends on how the wider web describes you, which is exactly what the content direction and partner work address.
