Partner ecosystem

AI describes your whole destination.

When a visitor asks where to stay, eat, and go, the answer names your partners, not your logo. We score up to 100 of your partners at no extra cost and counsel each one on their own card. The co-op is a separate, optional program for partners who want deeper one-on-one guidance.

What every enrolled partner gets

Up to 100 partners, no extra cost

Every enrolled partner is scored under your platform fee. There's no per-partner charge, no seat count, and no upsell when you add the twelfth hotel.

Their own scorecard

Each partner gets their own card on the same published rubric the destination is scored on, refreshed on the same monthly run.

Their own counsel

We read the scorecard with the partner and walk their ranked priorities. That consulting is included too, not billed separately.

Rolled up for the DMO

You see the ecosystem average and coverage in your own board view without opening a hundred scorecards.

An example scorecard

This is what a partner opens.

Pick a partner type and read their card the way they read it. A partner session sounds different than a board session: your Google Business Profile has last season's hours, your Wikipedia entry never mentions the wing you unveiled in spring, your menu lives in an image nothing can read. Plain findings, and the one thing to do about each.

What we found, and what to do about it

  • 1

Your Google Business Profile still lists last season's front desk hours

Do this: Update hours, amenities, and the pet policy in the profile

+6 to +9 ptsFront desk manager
  • 2

Three assistants describe your pet policy wrong because your site only shows it in a PDF

Do this: Put rates, policies, and amenities on the page as readable text

+4 to +6 ptsYour web team
  • 3

You're missing from the two local lodging guides your comp set gets cited from

Do this: Get listed and keep the listing current

How enrollment works
01

Enroll

You choose which partners join. Hoteliers, short-term rentals, attractions, restaurants, local businesses and retail, and festival and event planners.

02

Score

Each enrolled partner gets their own readability and perception scorecard on the same published rubric.

03

Rank

Their priorities come back ranked by what actually moves their number, not a generic checklist.

04

Work it together

We read the scorecard with them and work the list. Their team makes the changes on their own property.

What the co-op actually means

Measurement and the scorecard read are already covered for every enrolled partner. The co-op is a separate, optional program: deeper one-on-one strategic counsel, sitting with a partner to guide what they adjust, correct, and publish, and educating their team so they can keep doing it. We don't produce the work for them. Their team executes, with us alongside them.

Included with enrollment

Covered by the DMO platform fee

  • Partner scorecard and monthly refresh
  • Ranked priority list with point estimates
  • A working session on their own card
  • Ecosystem roll-up in the DMO board view

Optional, separate program

Co-op strategic counsel

  • One-on-one counsel on the partner's own card
  • Guidance on what to correct on their site and listings
  • Education on how AI reads their content, in plain terms
  • A working plan their own team executes, reviewed with us

A partner can stay on the included tier forever and still see their score improve by working their own list. The co-op exists for the partners who want us alongside them while they do it.

Three numbers that carry the ecosystem story

Partner performance rolls up, so you can speak to the whole community without opening twenty scorecards.

Enrollment Coverage

How much of the partner base that shows up in trip plans is actually being measured.

Enrolled Partners Average

The average score across enrolled partners, tracked month over month against the destination.

Who belongs in the ecosystem

Any partner whose name shows up in a trip plan. Enrollment is free to the partner, which makes it an easy yes at a board table and at a hotel sales desk, and it gives your partner development team something real to offer.
